Nickelodeon Blimp Mods

To install the Nickelodeon Blimp you will need to Download OpenIV ones you have download OpenIV you will need To navigated to: 

x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf 

And drag and drop the files into there and all done
