GTA 5 - The Sixth Star 1.1

---CHANGES FROM VERSION 1 (5/11/2015)--- 
-Added optional version with no tanks spawning. 
-Gave the Highway Patrol the unmarked Police Cruiser to use. 
-Set the FIB to use the FIB Buffalo. 
-Set the local police to spawn in Police Mavericks at 3 stars. 
-Set NOOSE to spawn in Police Mavericks and Annihilators at 4 stars and 5 stars. 
-Set the Barracks to pursue the player, rather than just at roadblocks. 


---WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?--- 
This mod reworks the way the game dispatch units based on your wanted notoriety. 
Also adds in the Highway Patrol, FIB, and Military to assist in taking down the wanted player.

---WANTED LEVEL STRUCTURE--- 
-Los Santos 
At one star, the police will respond in Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos. With male and female Police Officers. 

At two stars, the police will deploy roadblocks using Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos. 

At three stars, the police will respond in Police Interceptors, Police Transporters, Police Cruisers, and Police Buffalos. 
The police will add the Police Transporter to their vehicle roadblocks, as well as using the Police Transporter for spike strips. 
The Police Maverick will start to spawn with Police Officers operating them. 

At four stars, the FIB will respond in FIB Buffalos and NOOSE will respond in the FIB Grangers. 
The FIB will start to use vehicle roadblocks using unmarked Police Cruisers, FIB Buffalos, and FIB Grangers. 
NOOSE will take over air support and use Police Mavericks and Annihilators. 

At five stars, the police will stop responding and the Military will take their place. 
All police roadblocks are replaced with Marines and their vehicles. 
Federal agencys, like the FIB and NOOSE, will continue to respond and assist. 
FIB roadblocks are still in play and start to use the unmarked Police Cruiser to chase the player. 


-Blaine County and Los Santos County 
At one star, the police will respond in Sheriff Cruisers and Sheriff Grangers. With male and female Sheriff Deputys. 

At two stars, the police will deploy roadblocks using Sheriff Cruisers and Sheriff Grangers. 

At three stars, the Highway Patrol will spawn in unmarked Police Cruisers and Police Bikes to assist the Sheriff Deputys. 
The police will start to use Sheriff Grangers to deploy spike strips at roadblocks. 
The Police Maverick will start to spawn with Highway Patrol operating them. 

At four stars, the FIB will respond in FIB Buffalos and NOOSE will respond in the FIB Grangers. 
The FIB will start to use vehicle roadblocks using unmarked Police Cruisers, FIB Buffalos, and FIB Grangers. 
NOOSE will take over air support and use Police Mavericks and Annihilators. 

At five stars, the police will stop responding and the Military will take their place.
