GTA 5 - No intro video v0.9.8 Mod

This program just deletes the intro video (with the sirens) from GTA5.exe
Your game will launch roughly 30 seconds faster (even faster on SSD!)

Edit: There is a report that you can get banned removing the intro video, I don't know though if its legit or not since I was not banned after 4 days.
