---Description--- 
Simple mod that removes animals from the witness types. Which means, they won't be calling their invisible cell phones anymore. 

---Install--- 
1. Navigate to "update\update.rpf" Make a backup. 
2. Use OpenIV and navigate to "update\update.rpf\common\data\ai" 
3. Add witnessinformation.meta. It's not there by default and putting it in update will overwrite the one in common.rpf. 
4. Rebuild Update.rpf via OpenIV. 

---Conflicts--- 
Standalone from my police rebalance mod. Don't use this if you already have that. Already included. 

---Permissions--- 
None needed, it's just a single game config tweak. Do what you want with it.
