Hello there! This is my second high quality camo for this awesome game. This time I made a camo not for a weapon but, BUT for a plane,Hydra! I'll do other camos for weapons and vehicles, so stay updated! 
How to install: 
1. Open your OpenIV (if you haven't got it, go there: http://openiv.com/) and go to: 
GTA Folder\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheistvehicles.rpf\ 
2. Enable edit mode in OpenIV 
3. Replace original file 
4. Have fun! ;)

Found this model and texture in player_zero folder but never see michael use it,so i replace highway patrol uniform with this 

Installation 
comlete "I Fought the Law" Mission to get highway patrol outfit 

1.in gta v folder open "x64v.rpf" with OpenIV 
2.then open "models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero 
3.click edit mode and drag everything inside "outfit" folder to open iv 
4.back to "cdimages" and open "streamedpedprops.rpf/player_zero_p" 
5.drag everything inside "hat" folder to open iv 
6.enjoy!

Nickelodeon Blimp Mods

I changed Franklin's Buffalo to a good ole Dodge. 
Instructions: Use open IV. hit edit mode then go to x64e.rpf/levels/GTA5/vehicles.rpf copy the buffalo.ytd and the buffalo2.ytd with original files in gta 5 now you have a dodge. (Remember back up your original files if you ever want to switch it back to it's original state. 
(This also changes all buffalo superchargers in the game)

I replaced the standard tyre (and tread) with a Bridgestone Potenza S001 - the official Ferrari 458 tyre. (also increased file quality to 1024 x1024) 
This mod is completely my own work. 
Installation: 
- replace the vehshare.ytd file in two places 
1st location: x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/ 
2nd location: CORRECTED x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/mpbeach/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpbeachvehicles.rpf/mpbeachvehicles.rpf/ 

there can be a conflict when using other modded files in the same folder apparently. I will work on a solution. 
If this goes over well I'll offer a custom choice tyre with: Goodyear, Dunlop, etc.

Finally! Misty has hands and feet! It took a while searching through the rpfs trying to find feet that fit her, but then I realized she uses the same body style as a player. So I gave her Michael's gloves(retextured) and Trevors boots. The hands may bug out at times and her neckline doesn't go down all the way into her jacket but these things can go unnoticed at times. 

This will replace Misty's Multiplayer Ped so that she can be played with in Freemode. I may eventually make her into a player in the future but right now her model is very buggy. 

Misty has 2 hairstyles, I prefer the second one as that was her hair in GTA3 but if you'd like to use the first one go for it.
